I have forgotten my password, or it has expired. I setup my security questions and answers on myUMES but it is not taking my correct answers.
UMES IT cannot reset the security questions on an account.
If you have forgotten or need to change your password reset questions, logon to the portal and go to Control Panel -> My Account -> Update Password Reset Questions. This information assumes you can logon to the MyUMES portal.
If cannot access MyUMES to make this change, go to www.umes.edu/reset (the old password reset tool for students) to gain access to the portal to perform these steps.
If the user is an employee, the department should create a ticket and IT will work with the department representative.
