I have forgotten my password, or it has expired. I setup my security questions and answers on myUMES but it is not taking my correct answers.
UMES IT cannot reset the security questions on an account.
If you have forgotten or need to change your password reset questions, first logon to the myUMES portal. Once logged in find 'Menu' in the upper-right, then go to Control Panel -> My Account -> Update Password Reset Questions.
